By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Ghostwalker, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Payment & Refund Policy.
1. The Platform
Ghostwalker provides esports tools for players and organisers, including teams, scrims, tournaments, and subscription-based organiser access. We are independent of game publishers unless we expressly say otherwise for an event.
2. Accounts & WhatsApp login
- Minimum age 13 to create an account; under 18 requires parent/guardian consent.
- Organiser paid plans may require 18+ or a capable entity.
- Login is primarily via WhatsApp OTP. Protect access to that number.
3. Organiser subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed on Ghostwalker. Razorpay collects plan payments. By default you renew by paying again in the portal. All payments are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
No cheating, harassment, unlawful content, impersonation, scraping, or circumvention of access controls. We may suspend or ban accounts for violations, fraud, or chargebacks.
5. Disclaimers & liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghostwalker’s total liability is limited to fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
6. Governing law
Laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
