Ghostwalker is an esports management platform that enables players to compete and organisers to create and run tournaments and scrims on a subscription basis.

2.1 Information you provide
- Account details: name, username/gamer tag, email (optional), phone number linked to WhatsApp
- Authentication data: WhatsApp OTP verification status and related security logs
- Organiser/subscription details: organisation name, billing contact, GSTIN (if provided), address
- Profile and team data: bio, avatar, team roster, game IDs, roles
- Tournament/scrim content and support requests
- Payment-related information submitted during checkout (processed by Razorpay)
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information, IP address, approximate location (from IP)
- Usage logs and cookies (see Section 7)
2.3 Payment and subscription information
Organiser subscriptions are managed by Ghostwalker. Razorpay is used only as the payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers, UPI credentials, or banking passwords.
2.4 Information from third parties
- Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (and related providers) for OTP delivery
- Analytics or communication tools used to operate the Platform
3. How We Use Information
- Create and manage accounts; authenticate users via WhatsApp OTP
- Manage organiser subscriptions and unlock/restrict features by plan status
- Process plan payments via Razorpay checkout
- Operate tournaments, scrims, teams, and related features
- Send transactional WhatsApp/email messages (OTP, receipts, renewal reminders)
- Support, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance
4. Sharing of Information
- Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform — OTP and transactional messages
- Razorpay — plan checkout and payment confirmation
- Hosting, email, analytics, support, and infrastructure providers
- Authorities when required by law
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including account, billing, and security records, and as required by law.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, and support security. Essential cookies may be required for the Platform to work.

You must meet the minimum age in our Terms. If we learn we collected data from an underage user in violation of our Terms, we will take steps to delete it.
