Payment & Refund Policy
This Policy applies to organiser subscriptions and other paid services. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Important: All payments are final and non-refundable.
1. Ghostwalker-managed subscriptions
Plans, dates, and access live on ghostwalker.in. Razorpay is the payment gateway for checkout — not Razorpay Subscriptions as the subscription system. Renew by paying again in the portal unless we later offer and disclose another method.
2. No refunds
Fees for subscriptions, upgrades, renewals, and other Platform charges are non-refundable, including unused time and change of mind — except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
3. Billing errors
Contact [email protected] for clear Platform-side billing errors (e.g. duplicate charge). Unjustified chargebacks after receiving access may lead to suspension.
